With the age of technology, many home buyers rely on virtual tours to view homes so they may reduce their health risk from catching Covid-19. All of my listings include free professional photography and video, which are converted into a virtual tour! When beneficial, drone footage will also be included. The professional photos, videos and virtual tours will also be used on social media platforms to advertise your home for more exposure. Many agents will make their clients pay for each of these services and this may easily cost you anywhere between $500-$2000, but it is all-inclusive with me. I feel it is just part of providing outstanding service. My job is to make sure that my clients receive the best service and incentives possible without being nickeled and dimed.
